• Personal Responsibility — You are responsible for your own spiritual journey, emotional reactions, and actions. No one else is liable for your experience.

The following will result in immediate moderation (warning, temporary mute, removal from space, or permanent ban):

• Harassment, bullying, trolling, or intimidation (online or in live sessions)

• Hate speech, slurs, discriminatory jokes, or promotion of violence/prejudice

• Sharing or requesting illegal content (including but not limited to child exploitation material, drugs, or prohibited substances)

• Spamming, self-promotion, advertising other services, or unsolicited business offers

• Plagiarism or sharing of perpelFLAME teachings/rituals as your own (see Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy)

• Recording or distributing private sessions, Coven content, or Discord conversations without permission

• Giving medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice (we are not qualified professionals)

• Disruptive behaviour during lives, ceremonies, or events

• Impersonating Rhys, staff, or other members

• Any behaviour that creates a hostile, unsafe, or draining environment

• Approach teachings and rituals with respect — these are living practices.

• No gatekeeping or spiritual superiority (“my path is the only true path”).

• Honour different beliefs and levels of experience. Newcomers and long-time practitioners are equally welcome.

• If sharing personal experiences or results, be honest and avoid absolute guarantees.

Our team (and appointed moderators) will enforce these guidelines fairly and transparently.

• Minor issues may receive a warning. Serious or repeated violations lead to removal.

• Decisions are final. Appeals can be made privately to [your email] with clear details.

• We cooperate with law enforcement and platform authorities (TikTok, Discord, etc.) where required by Australian law (e.g., serious threats, illegal content).
