Return Airport Transfers
Return airport transfers on Thursday 12th December 2024 at approximately between 21:00 - 22:00 from Phuket International Airport to Bauman Residences, Patong, Phuket, Thailand (or unless alternatively arranged prior to tour commencement) and returning again on Friday 20th December 2024 to Phuket International Airport from Bauman Residence (or unless alternatively arranged prior to tour commencement)

The locations we will be visiting on the Retreat include some sacred spaces which include monestaries or temples which facilitate the ability to give an offering; At some temples your gratutity or offering may be provided for you as per the Itinerary;

Some spending money
Included in your Rhys on Tour ticket is $200 worth of market rate of the time of purchase Thai Baht, the national currency of Thailand;

Yes! You can place a 25% holding deposit to hold your space and then another 25% deposit is required to book your spaces within the accommodation, tours, entertainment, transfers and any other tour related activities that require pre-booking; All booking confirmations will be provided from each relevant vendor to each traveller for their records;

Your final 50% can be paid in increments or in one go but is required to be paid in full by November 01st 2024 per the agreement between the traveller and us;

Deposits and all monies are kept in a holding bank account held within Australia until group bookings are paid and confirmed upon minimum booking numbers and 50% deposit per person has been obtained;

If you notify us of your dietary reuirement ahead of time we are happy to work with you and discuss your options and how we may be able tailor your experience per your dietary requirements so you can fully enjoy your experience on the Rhys on Tour, Phuket, Thailand Retreat;

While creating this retreat our aim was to provide an excellent experience with as little exclusions as possible to take away the hassle for the individual wishing to participate however, there are some exclusions you should be aware of:

• Airport transfer Arrival and Departure to Sydney/Melbourne (originating airport)

• Medical/Health/Travel Insurance(s) that may be relevant or applicable to the individual person who may be participating in this International Thailand Retreat;

• Drinks and Meals not listed in the Official Complete Wandering Warriors: Reignite the FLAME Within Itinerary

• Any activities and purchases outside of what is prescribed within the Itinerary and/or during Free Time that may be listed

• Tips, Gratuities or Spending money not listed within the Itinerary
