All competitions, promotional giveaways, prize draws, campaigns, or incentive-based promotions (“Promotion”) are conducted by:

1. Wicked Witch of Western Sydney and perpelFLAME and Company, operated by Rhys T. O'Leary (the “Promoter”).

   The Promoter operates from Australia and administers Promotions globally through digital platforms, websites, live events, and community memberships.

   The Promoter retains full administrative authority over all Promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By entering any Promotion, participants (“Entrants”) acknowledge that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;

• Agree to comply with all eligibility, conduct, and participation requirements;

• Accept decisions made by the Promoter as final except where prohibited by law.
  

  Entry constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Entrant and the Promoter.
  

  Entrants who do not agree must refrain from participation.

Promotions are conducted in accordance with:

• Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth);

• Applicable State and Territory Trade Promotion regulations;

• International consumer protection principles;

• Digital advertising and promotional standards.

Where required under Australian law:

• Trade promotion permits will be obtained.

• Permit numbers may be published within individual Promotion announcements.

Skill-based competitions typically do not require permits; however, chance-based draws may be regulated depending on jurisdiction.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful within their country or region.

Unless otherwise specified, entry is open worldwide.

Entrants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or meet lawful minimum age requirements within their jurisdiction;

• Provide accurate personal details;

• Enter using their own identity and legitimate accounts.

The Promoter may request verification including:

• Proof of identity

• Proof of residency

• Age confirmation

The following may be deemed ineligible:

• Employees or contractors of the Promoter

• Moderators or administrative personnel

• Immediate family members

• Individuals involved in Promotion execution

Failure to provide verification may result in forfeiture of prizes.

Each Promotion will clearly state:

• Opening date and time

• Closing date and time

• Applicable time zone (default: Australian Eastern Standard or Daylight Time)

Entries received:

• Before commencement, or

• After official closure

will not be accepted.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays caused by internet connectivity, platform outages, or technical disruption.

Entry mechanisms may include, but are not limited to:

• Completion of official entry forms;

• Subscription to newsletters or communities;

• Social media engagement;

• Content submissions;

• Attendance at events;

• Purchase or booking actions where legally permitted.

Entries must be completed personally by the Entrant.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Automated entry systems or bots;

• Multiple account manipulation;

• False engagement inflation;

• Identity fraud;

• Harassment or disruptive conduct.

The Promoter reserves absolute discretion to invalidate entries suspected of unfair advantage.

Prize descriptions will be outlined within each Promotion announcement.

Prizes may include spiritual services, consultations, digital products, memberships, merchandise, experiences, or other offerings.

Unless expressly stated:

• Prizes are non-transferable;

• Non-refundable;

• Not redeemable for monetary value;

• Not exchangeable for alternative services.

Delivery methods may include digital fulfilment, remote service delivery, or scheduled appointments.

Where circumstances beyond reasonable control arise, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with items or services of equal or greater value.

Where prizes include psychic readings, intuitive consultations, or spiritual services provided by the Promoter:

• Services are provided for personal insight, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes.

• Outcomes, predictions, manifestations, or future events are not guaranteed.

• Participants remain solely responsible for personal decisions and actions.

Services do not constitute professional advice including medical, psychological, financial, or legal consultation.

Participation confirms informed acceptance of this disclaimer.

Winner selection methods may include:

• Random electronic draw;

• Skill-based judging criteria;

• Creative merit evaluation;

• Panel or community assessment.

Selection processes are conducted fairly and in good faith.

Unless required by law, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

Winners will be contacted using details provided at entry via:

• Email,

• Verified social media accounts,

• Telephone contact,

• Public announcement.

Winners may be required to:

• Confirm identity,

• Accept prize conditions,

• Schedule service delivery.

Failure to respond within 7 days may result in forfeiture and redraw.

International Entrants acknowledge:

• Prize values are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated;

• Local taxes, customs duties, or reporting obligations remain the responsibility of the winner;

• Some prizes may be converted to digital equivalents where geographic delivery restrictions apply.

The Promoter assumes no liability for jurisdictional restrictions.

Promotions conducted via:

• TikTok

• Facebook

• Instagram

are independent Promotions.

These platforms do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or assume responsibility for Promotions.

Entrants release such platforms from all liability.

All Promotion-related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Promoter, including:

• Branding

• Written content

• Imagery

• Audio

• Digital products

• Spiritual methodologies

Unauthorised copying, redistribution, resale, reproduction, AI dataset extraction, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Legal enforcement action may be pursued where infringement occurs.

Personal information collected will be used solely for:

• Promotion administration;

• Prize delivery;

• Customer communication;

• Marketing communications where consent is granted.

Data handling complies with:

• Australian Privacy Act 1988;

• International privacy principles including GDPR-aligned standards.

Entrants may request removal from marketing communications at any time.

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Investigate suspicious activity;

• Disqualify entrants;

• Cancel compromised Promotions;

• Permanently restrict participation.

Fraud includes coordinated manipulation, artificial engagement, or technological interference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

Nothing excludes rights guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoter may suspend or cancel Promotions where events beyond reasonable control occur, including:

• Platform policy changes,

• Operational disruptions.

The Promoter may amend Promotions or these Terms where necessary to maintain fairness, legality, or operational integrity.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Entrants agree to submit to Australian jurisdiction except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing Promotions conducted by Wicked Witch of Western Sydney and perpelFLAME and Company.

Entry into any Promotion confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
