We offer multiple membership options, including (but not limited to) a 3-tier system managed through MemberSpace, plus other membership-style access such as:

• Tiered Coven memberships (e.g., First Degree, Second Degree, or equivalent levels)

• Free or introductory membership options

• Paid recurring subscriptions

• One-off or limited-period access programs

• Corporate/group memberships (where one entity purchases access for multiple people)

Each tier provides different levels of access to content, rituals, masterclasses, Discord afterparties, live events, exclusive resources, and community features. Specific benefits for each tier are described on the relevant signup or membership page at the time of joining.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to join.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Membership is personal to you and non-transferable unless we expressly approve a group/corporate plan.

• All paid memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or as specified at signup).

• Prices are displayed clearly before purchase and may change with notice.

• You authorise us (via MemberSpace or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on the due date.

• Failed payments: We will attempt retries. Repeated failures may result in suspension or termination of access.

• Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance: We provide clear pre-contract information about pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation. Cancellation is designed to be as easy as signup.

• Upon successful payment or approval, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the membership content for your personal spiritual journey only.

• Access is granted through MemberSpace (or other authorised platforms) and is subject to ongoing compliance with this Agreement.

• Content (rituals, teachings, recordings, etc.) remains our intellectual property — see our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

You agree to abide by our Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines in all membership spaces (The Coven, Discord, livestreams, comments, etc.). Breaches may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal without refund.

• You may cancel your membership at any time via your MemberSpace account or by contacting us.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for the remainder of the period (except where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply).

• We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately if you breach this Agreement, the Code of Conduct, or any other policy.

• Upon termination (by you or us), your access to member-only content ends immediately or at the end of the paid period.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital access and membership content are generally non-refundable once provided, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• We may update benefits, pricing, or features with reasonable notice.

• If we increase prices, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

• Significant changes to this Agreement will be communicated, and continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

All membership content and experiences are subject to our Disclaimers page. Membership does not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, or material outcomes. Your participation is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. MemberSpace and other integrated tools may also collect and process data under their own terms.

All membership content is protected. You may not record, share, reproduce, or use it outside the permitted personal scope. See our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement (together with our linked policies) constitutes the full understanding between us.

• Severability: If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
